Welcome to Birds & Bees Farm. We are a family owned apiary, working over 200 hives in Burlington, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties this year. Our honey is extracted here in Columbus, NJ and is always raw and unpasteurized. We are a small enough operation not to require heating our honey to pump it to our bottling tanks. We strain, never filter our honey, retaining all of natures beneficial pollens, wax, propolis, minerals, and enzymes, in a pure and wholesome product! This is natures finest natural sweetener available; nothing added nor taken away in the extraction process. Stop on over and taste the difference!
Our farm also offers many additional interesting hive products such as raw beeswax, beeswax candles, cut comb honey, creamed honey, propolis, wedding and baby shower favors, and ornaments. We provide local pollination for various crops such as blueberries, melons,etc. which gives us delicious varietal honey from those monocultures, to offer to you. Also, fresh quail eggs are always available for your favorite recipes!
